Every Devon Built piece is printed to order when you buy it. Here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
The short version
- 30 days from delivery for a return or a size exchange.
- Wrong size? Send it back and the right size ships free.
- Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Send a photo. We replace it free, nothing to send back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Size exchanges
Email hello@devonbuilt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We reply with the return address. Once the original is on its way back to us, we print and ship the new size at no charge. One free size exchange per order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Tees fit true to size and hoodies run small, so check the size guide on each product page before you order.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Email hello@devonbuilt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You cover return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. Once it arrives and we check it, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Items sent back without emailing first cannot be accepted.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
Look your order over when it arrives. If anything is wrong, email hello@devonbuilt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We send a replacement free of charge and you keep the original. Prefer a refund instead? Say so and we will do that.
Not eligible
Gift cards, anything marked final sale, and worn or washed items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
