Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Your order ships via UPS or USPS. Once it ships, you should receive your package in 3 to 5 days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. Once your order ships, you will get a shipping notification email so you can track it.

If you do not receive your order within the time frames above, contact Customer Service using the form on the Contact page or email devonbuilt@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If carrier tracking confirms your order was delivered, we will not replace it free of charge.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If that address is incorrect, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not reach you.

Return to Sender Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will email you. You have 30 days to respond. If we do not hear back within 30 days of our first email, your order is automatically void.
