Shipping Policy

Here is what to expect when you order from Devon Built.

Free shipping

Orders $70 and up ship free in the US. It applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Orders under $70 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Made to order

Every piece is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. During drops and the holidays it can run a little longer, and we email you if it does.

Transit

Once your order ships, US delivery takes 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are. Orders go out by USPS or UPS. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Outside the US? Email hello@devonbuilt.com and we will see what we can do.

Tracking

You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves the print floor. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If tracking says delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us. We are not responsible for packages the carrier marks delivered, but we will help you file a claim. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@devonbuilt.com with your order number, and a photo if it is damaged, and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Double check your address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away and we will try to fix it before it ships. We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered. If a package comes back to us because of a bad address, we email you. Reply within 30 days and we reship for the cost of postage.
